Role Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Travel Specialists to help clients plan and book memorable travel experiences. In this role, you will assist customers with researching destinations, organizing travel arrangements, and providing expert guidance on vacations, cruises, flights, and accommodations.
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
- Research and recommend destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel packages
- Book travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and tours
- Create customized travel itineraries for clients
- Provide important travel information such as documentation requirements, travel tips, and updates
- Maintain accurate booking and client records in company systems
- Stay informed about travel trends, promotions, and destination updates
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Passion for travel and helping others plan vacations
- Previous sales, hospitality, or travel industry experience is a plus but not required
