Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, lookups) and Microsoft Access.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting firm deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort operating independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write and modify queries for analysis and reporting.
- Experience supporting SaaS or data-driven operational solutions.
- Familiarity with freight audit, pay, logistics, or financial operations environments.
- Experience improving or automating reporting and operational workflows.
- Exposure to month-end close processes, accruals, or financial reporting logic.
