Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, including technical and creative writing and editing.
- Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.
- Ability to analyze learning needs and objectives to design training solutions that are fit for purpose.
- Ability to design and develop digital and instructor-led training materials for adult learners.
- Creative mindset.
- Visual design and video editing skills to produce modern and elegant training deliverables.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia).
- Experience with the Web environment (e.g., HTML, Javascript).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro).
- Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Adult Education, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience in learning and instructional design, or equivalent education and experience.
