Job Description

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging learning programs for self-paced and virtual deliveries. • Conduct quality assurance testing on all deliverables. • Produce virtual sessions in Microsoft Teams or other meeting platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including technical and creative writing and editing.
  • Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to analyze learning needs and objectives to design training solutions that are fit for purpose.
  • Ability to design and develop digital and instructor-led training materials for adult learners.
  • Creative mindset.
  • Visual design and video editing skills to produce modern and elegant training deliverables.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia).
  • Experience with the Web environment (e.g., HTML, Javascript).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite CS6 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PremierePro).
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Adult Education, Business, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience in learning and instructional design, or equivalent education and experience.
