- Expertise in complex, multi-time-zone calendar management and prioritization.
- Strength in coordinating cross-functional meetings and executive operations.
- Proven ability to manage global travel, multi-stop itineraries, and contingency plans.
- Experience supporting forecasting, planning cycles, and executive presentations.
- High level of professionalism handling confidential and financial information.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Concur, Slack, Salesforce, and Oracle.
- Strong communication skills and executive presence.
- A proactive, highly organized, solution-oriented approach.
