• Partner directly with Enterprise sales leaders to diagnose challenges and design solutions
• Build and implement enablement solutions from the ground up
• Operationalize the vision of sales leaders into programs and initiatives
• Serve as the key enablement partner to cross-functional teams
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales enablement or sales effectiveness role
- Focus on complex deal cycles and multi-level buying processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience collaborating with senior leaders
- Demonstrated ability to manage a program from start to finish
- Ability to build enablement programs from scratch
