Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our fully remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs designed to provide financial protection and long-term security.

This role includes full training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client consultations—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach required. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this opportunity offers a strong path toward a meaningful remote career.

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
  • Explain available benefit options and assist clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital records and follow up with clients as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
  • Participate in regular training sessions and professional development programs

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
