Role Description

This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute the social and influencer marketing strategy for a fast-growing wellness brand. The Social & Influencer Marketing Lead will manage day-to-day content, influencer programs, and community engagement across multiple platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You will translate science-backed educational content into high-performing social assets while maintaining credibility and authority in wellness and neuroscience. Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive engagement, expand reach, and build meaningful connections with audiences through creative storytelling and influencer partnerships. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing strategy, content creation, and operational execution. Your work will directly influence brand perception, audience growth, and community engagement.

  • Manage day-to-day social media execution across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook, ensuring content aligns with brand and campaign goals.
  • Build, maintain, and execute a social content calendar synchronized with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee influencer outreach, product seeding, and creator partnership programs to amplify brand reach.
  • Support and promote executive- or founder-led content, including educational videos and live sessions.
  • Engage with the community through comments, direct messages, and insights to foster loyalty and connection.
  • Repurpose long-form educational content into short-form, platform-optimized social assets.
  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality, and scientific credibility in all social outputs.
  • Develop and maintain systems, trackers, and SOPs to improve content production and influencer workflows.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with a systems-oriented approach to workflow management.
  • Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer campaigns end-to-end.
  • Ability to work directly with executive leadership and translate strategy into action.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills, capable of simplifying complex topics into engaging content.
  • Background or strong interest in wellness, movement, fitness, or health-related industries.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
