Role Description

AO Globe Life is seeking motivated individuals to join our remote team in a client-focused role supporting individuals and families across the United States. In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs that provide financial protection and long-term security.

We provide full training, mentorship, and pre-scheduled client consultations—no cold calling or door-to-door outreach required. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and working independently, this opportunity offers a strong path toward a meaningful remote career.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom
  • Explain available benefit options and guide clients through the enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate digital records and provide follow-up communication
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
