Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Client Experience Coordinator to help guide clients through a smooth, organized, and professional journey from initial contact to completion. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive client relationships, managing details behind the scenes, and ensuring every interaction feels seamless and well supported.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and confident working independently while utilizing structured systems, tools, and training provided.
What Youll Do:
- Connect with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences
- Provide clear guidance, updates, and consistent follow-up communication
- Coordinate important details and ensure all information is accurate and organized
- Create tailored experiences that reflect each clients expectations
- Maintain professional, friendly support throughout the entire process
- Document interactions and keep records up to date

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Client-facing or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable, professional, and confident using digital tools
- Must be a citizen of the US, Mexico, Australia, or the UK
