Job Description
Were seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Honeymoon Coordinator to support couples in creating memorable, well-organized getaway experiences. This fully remote role focuses on thoughtful planning, coordinating details, and delivering a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.
What Youll Do:
- Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and priorities
- Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and options
- Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details
- Provide timely updates and answer client questions
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and clear communication throughout the process
What Were Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer service, planning, hospitality, or support experience (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain and LATAM
