Serving as the primary strategic partner to Product Development, you provide the data-driven framework that guides innovation and shapes the product roadmap. You ensure that every product innovation translates into a disciplined, high-performing assortment that scales across markets.

Assortment & Lifecycle Ownership
- Own Product Lifecycle Management: Make final, data-driven decisions on style exits and carryovers based on sales performance and financial results.
- Ensure the right product mix, depth, and timing across DTC, retail, and international distribution.
- Develop channel-specific assortment strategies as the company expands globally.
- Partner with Product Development to pressure-test line plans through data and market insights.
- Guide seasonal and long-range assortment planning aligned to financial targets.
-
Data & Performance Leadership
- Own global analysis of sell-through, margin performance, and inventory productivity.
- Lead end-of-season reviews and in-season performance insights to inform future strategy.
- Translate analytics into clear, actionable insights for Product, Creative, Marketing, and Executive teams.
- Partner closely with Buying and Supply Chain to ensure inventory discipline and demand alignment.
-

- Maintain strong awareness of consumer trends, cultural shifts, and competitive dynamics.
- Apply trend insights through the Comfrt lens to inform merchandising strategies.
- Identify category opportunities and whitespace within the market.
-
