• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile inventory between point-of-sale, warehouse, and accounting systems • Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and variances • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory accuracy, aging, usage trends, and valuation • Support period-end closing activities, including reconciliations between subledger and general ledger • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve inventory control procedures and data integrity • Maintain item master data accuracy and ensure consistent SKU-level tracking • Identify slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory and make recommendations for resolution • Assist in cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory processes • Provide data-driven insights to support cost optimization and forecasting • Collaborate with IT or system support teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance related to inventory management
