Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grants coordination, financial administration, or related roles, preferably within the nonprofit or federal government sector and with experience in processing reimbursement requests and/or managing grant budgets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong familiarity with excel spreadsheets (and/or google sheets) for the purpose of budgeting, and tracking expenses
- Strong Spanish speaking and writing capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice and centering frontline communities
- Must be able to provide own personal computer and mobile phone for work
