Job Requirements
- 15+ years of senior leadership experience in venue management, sports and entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale multi-unit operations.
- Proven success leading geographically diverse portfolios, with direct oversight of General Managers or equivalent senior leaders.
- A strong track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and value creation in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Deep financial and business acumen, including experience managing significant operating budgets and capital initiatives.
- A collaborative, relationship-driven leadership style with experience partnering across public entities, private ownership groups, boards, and industry stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
