• Develop and maintain automation test plans, test cases, and regression suites. • Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable automated test frameworks. • Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to define and implement end-to-end test strategies. • Identify, prioritize, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. • Performing manual/exploratory testing to ensure confidence and predictability in our products. • Identify opportunities to automate testing, validation, and operational workflows, reducing manual effort and improving reliability across the system. • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous validation. • Champion a culture of quality by setting high standards, introducing best practices, and driving continuous improvement. This includes improving test coverage, strengthening observability, and ensuring that quality is built into every stage of the development process. • Use metrics and quantitative methods to measure and improve product quality.
