Job Description
Role Description
The Specialist is responsible for client experience related to eCommerce products. They work closely with their peers, Customer Success, and the Supply Chain Manager to whom they report.
- Client-facing, represent Tribute Technology in matters of customer retention or account optimization related to eCommerce offerings
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on matters of process or product that affect vendors’ ability to successfully deliver, with a keen eye for overall churn reduction
- Work closely with Supply Chain Manager to implement and report on key strategic initiatives
- Independently identify and prepare recommendations for improvement based upon deep understanding of Tribute’s eCommerce offerings and fulfillment processes
- Coach floral vendors challenged with compliance to Supply Chain quality standards
- Build collaborative relationships at all levels of the organization, including executive
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or sales
- Proficiency in English language; strong oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products
- Experience managing projects within multiple stakeholders, systems, and competing timelines
- Emotional intelligence to tailor communication to audience and channel for consensus-building
- Floral industry experience is preferred but not required

The Supply Chain Team orchestrates delivery of products purchased on Tribute’s eCommerce platform. We have three objectives:
- Deliver a best-in-class post-purchase experience
- Strengthen unit economics
- Nurture partner relationships
Job Requirements
