Role Description

MeevoMD is MSI’s med spa software subscription designed specifically for medical aesthetics practices, with capabilities like charting and annotation, injectable tracking, and before-and-after image management. As the Senior Product Manager for MeevoMD, you will own the strategy, multi-quarter roadmap, and outcomes for MeevoMD’s clinical and operational product capabilities. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, finance, risk/compliance, support, and go-to-market teams to deliver reliable, compliant, and scalable med spa experiences that drive adoption, retention, and revenue. This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape strategy and define strategic options for MeevoMD within the direction set by the Chief Product Officer and VP of Product Strategy.
  • Own the multi-quarter roadmap and delivery outcomes for MeevoMD, making day-to-day product decisions within agreed priorities.
  • Lead discovery to identify, size, and validate opportunities across med spa workflows, including clinical documentation, client experience, and provider efficiency, leveraging capabilities such as charting/annotation and injectable tracking.
  • Define the end-to-end customer journey for med spas using MeevoMD, including digital intake, consent and service-specific forms, and ongoing client record management through Docs & Forms.
  • Drive the roadmap for visual client documentation, including before-and-after workflows and image gallery capabilities that support consultations and multi-location operations.
  • Partner with a dedicated Product Owner and engineering leads to translate strategy into an executable plan, providing prioritization, clarifications, and timely decisions on scope and tradeoffs while the Product Owner manages day-to-day backlog and sprint execution.
  • Work with risk, compliance, and security stakeholders to ensure MeevoMD capabilities align to applicable requirements and industry expectations, including protecting sensitive client data in a HIPAA-aligned environment.
  • Define and track success metrics (e.g., subscription adoption, feature utilization of charting/docs/images, retention, time-to-complete documentation, support contact rate, uptime/availability, and NPS/CSAT) and use data to continuously improve the product.
  • Support go-to-market planning with product marketing and sales enablement (positioning, packaging/pricing inputs, launch readiness, and internal training), grounded in the value drivers of MeevoMD’s med spa workflows.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product management, with meaningful experience delivering workflow-heavy products (healthcare-adjacent, med spa, clinical services, or regulated-data environments strongly preferred).
  • Comfort operating in med spa workflows, including charting/documentation, intake/consents, clinical photo tracking, and injectable or treatment history management.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship complex, cross-functional products that require coordination across engineering, operations, and external partners.
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, integration patterns, and data models; able to communicate effectively with engineers and evaluate tradeoffs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, building dashboards/analysis, and using insights to prioritize improvements.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can align stakeholders, write strong product documentation, and manage expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in vertical SaaS for appointment-based businesses (med spa, aesthetics, wellness, or adjacent).
  • Experience delivering products in HIPAA-aligned contexts and collaborating with security/compliance partners.

Benefits

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holidays: Enjoy a generous 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) that begins accruing with every pay period from your very first day! Plus, you’ll enjoy ten (10) paid holidays throughout 2025, along with five (5) paid sick days and one (1) personal day.
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits: We offer subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, with coverage kicking in quickly.
  • Life Insurance: We provide Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), fully covered by Millennium Systems International.
  • Long-Term and Short-Term Disability Insurance: Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance, with full cost of Long-Term Disability covered at 100%.
