Role Description

AO Globe Life is hiring qualified, mission-driven professionals to support veterans and their families through structured virtual consultations. This fully remote opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build meaningful careers while making a real impact—without the pressure of cold outreach or traditional sales tactics.

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to understand their benefit needs
• Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options clearly and professionally
• Maintain organized and compliant digital documentation
• Assist clients with policy updates, claims guidance, and post-enrollment support
• Participate in mentorship programs, team training, and leadership development workshops

Qualifications

• Experience in client service, consulting, or benefits advising (helpful but not required)
• Strong virtual communication and rapport-building skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professionals
• Comfortable using digital platforms such as Zoom and CRM tools
• Individuals passionate about supporting the veteran community

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable internet connection
• Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
