- Design and implement AI-native HR processes that optimize performance management, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Architect intelligent talent infrastructure, including AI-driven skills mapping, internal mobility systems, and dynamic compensation modeling.
- Deploy AI across the employee lifecycle, integrating automation into onboarding, performance, and organizational design.
- Translate AI insights into business outcomes, identifying opportunities to improve decision-making, organizational speed, and workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building or leading HR systems in high-growth or technology-focused organizations.
- Proven experience using AI to redesign people processes, including workforce analytics, recruiting, knowledge management, or operational workflows.
- Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools, including LLM-powered workflows and enterprise system integration.
- Systems thinking and builder mindset: ability to design for scale, experiment quickly, and turn ambiguous challenges into operational solutions.
- STEM degree or equivalent experience in a technically rigorous environment.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
