• Own and manage a defined subset of L3 AMI business processes from planning through delivery, ensuring end to end alignment. • Plan, lead, and facilitate business process workshops with cross functional stakeholder groups. • Develop high quality as is and to be process models suitable for largescale AMI program implementation. • Produce rigorous, testable BRDs and functional requirements that system integrators can directly build from. • Manage stakeholder communication to ensure clarity, alignment, and traceability across process and requirements workstreams.
