Job Description
CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced and energetic senior-level client success professional to directly manage business relationships with key employee assistance program (EAP) and wellness clients. The Director of Client Relationships is responsible for developing and implementing strategies related to retention and growth.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the Business Relationship with a Defined Book of Large-Market Employer Clients
- Provide Consultative Recommendations to Help Clients Maximize the Value of the EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)
- Work with Client Plan Sponsor(s) to Develop Client-Specific Engagement Strategy for EAP and/or Wellness Program(s)
- Evaluate and Refine all Aspects of Program Performance, Both Internally and Externally
- Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Product Suite within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape
- Represent CuraLinc Healthcare in Client Presentations, Both Current and Prospective Clients
- Excellent Presentation and Written Communication Skills
- Strong Project Management and Organizational Expertise
- Hard-Working, Results-Driven, Able to Work Autonomously in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Proactive Approach to Job Responsibilities
- Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly-Organized, Detail-Oriented
- Seven (7) or More Years of B2B Account Management/Client Services Experience in Health Care, Employee Benefits or Insurance (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Carrier, Broker, PBM, Medical Mgmt., Health Technology, etc.)
- Stable Employment History
- BS/BA Degree
- Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite
