Role Description
DVS is looking for a mid-level Organizational Change Management Training Specialist to join our team. The work location will be primarily remote but must be willing to report onsite for occasional meetings. This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training strategies and programs to support organizational change initiatives, including ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration. The Organizational Change Management Training Specialist will work closely with project teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to:
- Analyze training needs
- Design and develop training materials
- Deliver training to employees across the organization
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-7 years of experience in organizational change management and training, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs, including ServiceNow training
- Proven experience in project management, including developing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
- Proficiency in using training development tools and software
- Experience with virtual training platforms and e-learning development tools
- Experience with ServiceNow and other related tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a focus on achieving results
- Ability to travel as needed
Requirements

- Deliver training to stakeholders across the organization, including in-person and virtual training sessions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, job aids, and e-learning courses
- Work with other departments and teams to ensure consistency in training delivery and messaging
- Manage and lead the training team to ensure high-quality training delivery and performance
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in organizational change management, training, and ServiceNow
- Participate in project planning and management, including developing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, including senior management and project sponsors
