• Booking international and domestic flights • Gathering all supporting documentation • Following up with airlines • Recording flight information in systems • Assisting other departments in operations as needed • Maintaining updated information in CRM database • Communicating with all teams to ensure the move is on track

Job Requirements

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to write simple correspondence
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
