- Partner with Sales to support contracts, redlines, and customer-facing operational needs
- Contracts, Workflows & Legal Operations
- Administer and optimize Ironclad, including templates, workflows, integrations, and reporting
- Maintain contract lifecycle visibility and help teams track renewals, obligations, and milestones
- Support the development of scalable legal processes, playbooks, templates, and cross-team tooling
- Improve operational efficiency within Legal by building systems for intake, tracking, and reporting
- Compliance, SOC Controls & Audit Support
- Manage evidence collection and continuous controls monitoring using Vanta (or related tool)
- Coordinate internal and external SOC audits, ensuring teams are prepared and documentation is complete
- Respond to customer diligence questionnaires and security assessments using standardized materials
- Work with Engineering and Product teams on data governance, privacy practices, and risk mitigation
You Are Energized By:
- Building structure and clarity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Solving operational challenges and designing processes that scale
- Collaborating across teams to support compliance, procurement, and contract workflows
- Keeping stakeholders aligned and projects moving with speed and accuracy
What We Are Looking For:
- 5-10+ years of experience in legal operations, senior paralegal work, compliance operations, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Ironclad, and Vanta
- Experience managing procurement workflows, vendor reviews, or contract lifecycle processes
- Strong understanding of SOC 2 or similar compliance frameworks
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- A builder mindset: comfortable creating structure from ambiguity and improving processes over time
- Ability to create clear, scalable documentation, including playbooks and internal training
Bonus Points:
- If you are based in New York
- You are a notary.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and supporting privacy programs
- Background in supporting international expansion or cross-border compliance needs
- Prior startup or high-growth experience where you’ve built processes from the ground up
- Experience coordinating customer security reviews or enterprise vendor assessments
