Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, value-based care, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
- Strong expertise in value-based care strategy and operations, particularly within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with healthcare data analytics tools.
- Travel up to 15% may be required.
