Job Description
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and a recognised professional qualification (e.g., BL, SRA, NY Bar, or equivalent).
- 3 – 6 years of post-qualification legal experience, ideally spanning both in-house and law firm environments.
- Demonstrable expertise in commercial contracts and corporate law.
- Hands-on experience with GDPR compliance programmes, DPIAs, DPAs, and data subject rights management.
- Strong understanding of data protection law across multiple jurisdictions (EU, UK, US, and/or Africa).
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a remote, distributed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, actionable guidance.
