Job Requirements
- 5+ years of prior experience in a deal desk, order management, or billing role
- People Management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and act on data to drive positive business outcomes
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, processes, and systems
- Understanding of deal support/commercial topics, basic accounting, revenue (ASC 606), and billing principles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with SaaS order methodology and software delivery (Nice to Have)
- Proficiency in SFDC and CPQ software with hands-on experience (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to order and data management (e.g. SOX, GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) (Nice to Have)
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (Nice to Have)

The Analyst/Associate will support M&A execution by performing financial modeling, valuation analysis, coordinating due diligence, and preparing investment materials for transactions from initial evaluation through closing. They will also support M&A business development by tracking and qualifying acquisition opportunities and assisting with relationship management.
