Role Description
The Digital Sales Strategist supports Commercial Industry and Expert Selling teams by managing GPO and customer partner portals (Digital Sales Rooms) to expand end-user reach. Responsibilities include:
- Build, update, and maintain partner portals (Digital Sales Rooms) for our Commercial and Expert Selling teams.
- Implement new sections, improve layouts, and refresh content to drive ongoing engagement on customer portals.
- Track portal development, updates, and performance metrics using shared systems and trackers.
- Maintain accurate records of portal activity, requests, and updates.
- Drive portal re-engagement by identifying value-added updates and supporting sellers with timely content.
- Generate and analyze reports to support customer engagement tracking and sales conversations.
- Partner with sellers to help them use portals effectively within their accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategies and messaging align with business priorities.
- Troubleshoot basic portal issues and escalate complex needs as required.
- Support content navigation and organization within our content management system.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ related experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office suite.
- Project management experience from planning to execution.
