Job Description

• Lead client discovery and solution design workshops • Configure Dynamics 365 Business Central modules including Finance, Procurement & Sourcing, Planning, and Inventory Management • Develop and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs) • Create Functional Specifications for customizations and integrations • Oversee system setup, initialization, and configuration • Lead data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration of master and transactional data • Design and execute test scripts, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions • Develop user guides and deliver end-user training • Validate deployments and confirm solution alignment with project objectives • Provide ongoing customer support and optimization recommendations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) ERP implementation experience
  • Proven experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations including configuration and data migration
  • Strong expertise in Finance, Procurement, Integrations, Planning & Forecasting, and Inventory Management
  • Experience facilitating executive-level workshops and cross-functional stakeholder meetings
