Job Description
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer training or implementation
- 2+ years Emergency Medical Services experience and/or training required
- Experience and understanding of training adults, associated learning challenges, and how to overcome them required
- Experience as an administrator or end user of the ZOLL RescueNet application or ZOLL Billing preferred
- Experience implementing new software/technology preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft SQL preferred
- Bachelor's, Associates, or professional certification resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as emergency medicine, Primary or Secondary PSAP Work, etc. preferred
- Completion of an industry recognized basic public safety telecommunicator course that covers all topics included in APCO ANS 3.103.2.2015 -Minimum Training Standards for Public Safety Telecommunicators preferred
- Current or former EMS practitioner at either the ALS or BLS Level preferred
