Job Description
• input and manage all aspects of customer projects information within the CRM system
• generate quotations and comprehensive proposals based on project technical requirements and customer specific needs
• work closely with the Project Engineering, Logistics, Operations and Finance teams
• follow up with customers for information and tasking work to outside contractors
• support Account Managers, Sales Directors and other Sales Leaders on the Global Sales Team
Job Requirements
- 5+ Years of B2B Sales Support experience
- BS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired)
- Sales analysis, financial analysis, business development, and/or program management experience
- Solar experience and passion for solar always a plus
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience utilizing CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ERP (Netsuite preferred) systems
- Proven analytical background
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to travel to meet customer 10% of the time
