Job Description

• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, workplace complaints, and performance issues • Conduct thorough and objective investigations into employee concerns • Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to managers on employee relations matters • Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements • Facilitate mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing employee relations cases preferred
  • Proven ability in conflict resolution
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and case management tools
