Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical device sales with training responsibilities, or clinical education
- Associate's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical device sales with training responsibilities, or clinical education
- Baccalaureate Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical training, medical device sales with training responsibilities, or clinical education
- Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Health Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare Management (Nice to Have)
- Experience in robotic surgery, capital equipment, or comparable advanced medical technology (Nice to Have)
- Proven experience training on complex clinical topics or technology (Nice to Have)
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to learn quickly in fast‑paced environments (Nice to Have)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to operate both independently and collaboratively (Nice to Have)
- Solid understanding of surgical anatomy, OR workflows, and operating room protocol (Nice to Have)
