Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service and file quality • Obtain and verify necessary documentation for condo project analysis • Communicate directly with condo reviewers and loan officers • Work with Homeowners Associations (HOA’s), Loan Officers, Project Reviewers, agencies, and other professional services • Perform thorough reviews and analysis of project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies • Obtain complete project packages before submission to project review • Directly communicate with customers to obtain missing documentation • Manage pipeline within allotted turn times

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience
  • Excellent math and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce & Windows
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
