Job Description

• Support OCHIN’s mission by leveraging deep technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities. • Resolve complex technical issues and optimize processes. • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to bridge technology and organizational goals. • Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality according to specifications and requirements. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues for optimal system performance. • Drive documentation and knowledge sharing for process improvement across cross-functional teams. • Support project implementations and address member maintenance issues. • Travel 10-15% to support off-site software Go-Lives installations.

Job Requirements

  • Epic Inpatient Orders Certification is required
  • Epic Certifications in Bugsy and Order Transmittal is highly desired
  • Experience in Epic Inpatient application build is highly desired
  • Consistently acts with integrity and accountability
  • Process and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to travel 10-15% to support Go-Lives nationally
  • Prior to moving forward to the team interview, all candidates are required to complete a 50–60-minute competency assessment.
