Job Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of recruiting and/or work experience in human resources, information technology or treasury management OR three years of recruiting in banking/financial industry
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office suite and applicant tracking systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
- Ability to identify, assess and engage high quality talent
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail required.
- Flexible; team player; self-starter; self-motivated.
