Job Description

• Champion National HIE Participation: Define and champion the long-term vision for Aledade’s participation in TEFCA, Carequality, and CommonWell. • Drive Internal Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between legal, business, policy, product, and technology to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable product and business strategies. • Influence HIT Policy & Lead Industry Strategy: Actively monitor relevant HIT policy, standards, and regulatory developments to ensure adequate planning for technology and operational investments. • Lead Strategic Interoperability Initiatives & Partnerships: Lead the end-to-end execution of complex interoperability initiatives, including onboarding Aledade’s network of primary care practices, payers, and data partners to TEFCA.

Job Requirements

  • 15+ years of health technology leadership experience with proven track record in health information exchange
  • 8+ years experience negotiating and leading partnerships involving advanced interoperability with enterprise payer or provider partners, vendors, accreditation bodies, regulators, or health information exchanges
  • Strong technical fluency in healthcare data standards, specifically HL7, FHIR, and USCDI
