Job Description

• Responsible for the development and growth of a Specialty Analytical Services (SAS) Program/Division • Maximizing sales through a sound strategy • Serves as the Legionella subject matter expert providing training • Research the market and competition, reviews trends, and forecasts growth to develop sales and market plans for the program • Attends and participates in Technical Conferences and National Trade Shows to provide expertise and generate new business • Works with the Sales Teams and Marketing to provide expert knowledge to current and prospective clients to increase sales and maintain positive client relationships • Sets sales goals and revenue objectives to increase market share • Writes and reviews proposals for services, marketing materials, presentation materials, and training materials, ensuring accuracy • Provides complex analysis, interpretation and counsel regarding assigned policies, program, and practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology, Environmental Science, Biology, or a closely related field
  • 10+ years of experience in environmental microbiology, water systems, or related fields, including experience with complex programs or operations
  • 5+ years of direct experience with Legionella bacteria, including detection, risk management, and remediation in building water systems
  • Understanding of EPA Safe Drinking Water Act and Public Water System regulations
  • Continued employment is contingent upon all required licenses and certificates being maintained in active status without suspension or revocation
  • Valid Driver’s License
