• Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and monitoring of TBM initiatives, ensuring alignment with ITBF priorities, federal regulations, and executive directives. • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and dependencies, and track progress against established baselines. • Coordinate day-to-day activities across cross-functional teams, including technical, analytical, and training resources, to support implementation and adoption of TBM/Apptio solutions. • Track risks, issues, and change requests, supporting mitigation planning and escalation as needed. • Support project governance activities, including documentation, compliance tracking, and quality assurance. • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and briefing materials to support executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications. • Support Agile execution by assisting with sprint planning, backlog tracking, and retrospectives, as applicable. • Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
