• Responsible for end to end Project Management that aligns internal and external stakeholders • Ensure that all work is completed on time • Act as a liaison between customers and MDaudit during the onboarding phase • Perform kick off and training of new and existing customers • Actively manage multiple implementation projects • Train and mentor customer users on proper setup and usage of products • Manage internal and external resources and stakeholders to maintain project momentum • Provide post Go Live support to customers
