CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to focus on lead generation and prospecting to support our expanding sales efforts nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify and qualify potential clients, collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams, and play a key role in building a robust sales pipeline. Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize various methods (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking) to identify potential clients and business opportunities
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and nurture leads to determine their potential as sales opportunities, ensuring they meet specific criteria before passing them to the sales team
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to develop targeted strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff to sales executives
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update records of leads and prospects, tracking interactions, and monitoring progress through the sales funnel to ensure all opportunities are addressed
  • Setting Appointments and Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives to facilitate the sales process
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategy adjustment and continuous improvement

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • BS/BA Degree or Work Equivalent
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and CRMs (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, etc.)
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented
  • Strong Communicator
