About LOVB
League One Volleyball (LOVB) is redefining what's possible in women's sports. Founded in 2019, LOVB is a mission-driven sports performance, training, and media company set on transforming the volleyball landscape in the U.S.—and unlocking new potential for generations of female athletes. Volleyball is already the #1 girls’ youth sport in the country, with 38 million current and former players and a uniquely women-first player base (~90% female). And yet, despite record Olympic success in Women’s Indoor, Beach, and Sitting Volleyball, the sport remains largely overlooked by traditional investors, media, and brands.
LOVB is changing that. We’re building from the ground up—starting with a thriving youth club network and expanding into a world-class Pro League and digital ecosystem. Our community-first model fuels both participation and fandom, connecting the grassroots to the elite and elevating the sport at every level.
As part of our team, you’ll join a bold, hands-on group of builders who are reimagining the future of volleyball and creating a new paradigm in women’s professional sports.
About The Role
League One Volleyball (LOVB) is seeking a motivated and energetic independent sales professional to support ticket revenue efforts for the remainder of the 2026 season. This is a short-term, project-based 1099 contractor opportunity supporting ticket sales initiatives across LOVB venues.

- Represent the organization at games, events, and community outreach initiatives, promoting ticketing opportunities.
- Continuously expand knowledge of teams, players, and venues to effectively communicate their value to potential buyers.
Qualifications
- Open to learning more about sales, customer service, and the sports industry (past sales experience encouraged, but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for engaging with people.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite
- Willing to work 10-15 hours per week
