Job Description

- Directly responsible for designated accounts: engaging with the customer and ALBA’s network as the primary developer of the relationship. Become a trusted advisor and the customers voice within our firm.
- Create and maintain a key account strategy: define the strategic approach through solutions, internal/ external positions on RFQs and RFPs; partner with departments to deliver best in class service and industry competitive pricing.
- Identify new opportunities: increasing the scope of business and solutions with designated customer(s), while creating a sizeable pipeline and maintaining a high closing ratio.
- Create and present targeted Business Reviews: Update client strategies, priorities, and business strategy while introducing new ideas and continuous improvement.
- Technologically Adept: Ability to understand and share our key technology offerings; BI, Mesur.io, and online tracking.
- Competently connect and collaborate with other KAM's.
- Monitor monthly performance reports: volume, profitability, and pipeline ensuring immediate actions in case of deviations.
- Customs Brokerage License required.
- Semiconductor experience required
- Proficiency w/Cargowise required
- Customs Brokerage Operations experience required
- 5+ years of supply chain industry experience in new business sales, account management or operations in a 3PL, freight forwarder or other relevant logistics provider scenario.
- Requires in-depth knowledge of international supply chain and experience with clients on a national and/or global scale.
- Exceptional Customer service skills.
- Ability to engage clients on company technology.
- Experience with End-to-End Logistics processes and solutions
- Multi-lingual a plus. (Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese)
