ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a well-organized and creative events marketing manager to join our growing commercial team. You’ll play a critical role in executing our in-person and virtual event strategy, ensuring we’re deepening relationships while driving strong brand awareness of Airvet among top employers and decision makers.

 

If you enjoy solving interesting problems, working in fast-paced environments, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pet families across the country, this is the position for you.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Execute Airvet’s event strategy, supporting each event from selection through post-event wrap-up, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders remain aligned

  • Manage project plans, vendor coordination, material shipments, and on-site or virtual logistics to support smooth execution

  • Track budgets and expenses for all events, maintaining clear documentation and timely updates

  • Coordinate post-event lead uploads and follow-up details in partnership with sales and marketing operations

  • Support coordination for virtual events such as webinars, including invitations, technical set-up, and follow-up

  • Support on-site operations as needed

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in event marketing, field marketing, or project management

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort working within defined processes and timelines

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with HubSpot

  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team player who can positively and productively tackle strategic initiatives and immediate business needs

  • Must love pets!

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience working at high-growth start-ups

  • Familiarity with Canva and LeadPages
