Position Summary: |
The Practicum Coordinator for the Men’s & Women’s Sara Schenirer/Wurzweiler School of Social Work MSW Programs is responsible for the operational management of student field placements and supervision logistics. This role serves as a critical bridge between students, clinical supervisors, and program planners to ensure all practicum requirements are met. The Coordinator manages the technical infrastructure (Canvas and Sonia), oversees adjunct faculty financial tracking, and provides high-level administrative support to practicum leadership. This individual must be a strategic thinker who maintains the "Practicum Playbook," develops SOPs, and utilizes AI and automations to streamline complex placement data. Reports To: * Director of Women’s Practicum (SS/WSSW Program)
Schedule & Location: Monday–Friday. Remote-Eligible. Consistent with program needs, requires a high level of autonomy and self-management. This position is remote-eligible. |
