Job Description

• Overseeing, planning, and executing complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion • Collaborating with various departments and leadership to ensure projects align with strategic goals and objectives • Developing comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans • Conducting feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments to determine project viability • Preparing detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans • Leading multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring performance • Using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables • Ensuring timely and accurate communication of project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle • Proactively addressing challenges and resolving issues, escalations, and conflicts in a timely manner • Overseeing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting on variances • Negotiating and coordinating contracts with vendors and third-party service providers where applicable • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices • Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior project managers, promoting consistent project management standards

Job Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
  • Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT‑4, Gemini) and hands-on experience using next‑generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex project challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within industries such as IT, Operations, or Infrastructure
  • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to the specific industry (e.g., GDPR for IT, FDA for Healthcare)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is highly desirable
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred
