Job Description

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource allocation. • Coordinate workforce management tasks, including scheduling, capacity planning, and performance tracking. • Collaborate with department leads to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency. • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). • Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments to promote alignment and unity in operations. • Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement best practices to drive efficiencies. • Support training and development initiatives to elevate team performance and engagement. • Manage relationships with external partners and vendors relevant to operations and workforce strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in operations management and workforce coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with performance metrics to drive operational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of fostering team spirit and collaboration.
  • Proficient in project management tools (like Asana, Trello, or Monday) and productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and workforce planning principles is a plus.
