Job Requirements
- 2-year paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program
- Experience as a Paralegal with a focus on insurance defense or civil litigation preferred
- Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced legal environment preferred
- Familiarity with legal procedures including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting legal documents
