JOIN A TEAM THAT CHANGES LIVES

At Principle Business Enterprises (PBE), we create products that improve lives—for the people who use them and the caregivers who support them. As we continue to grow our national footprint, we’re looking for a National Account Executive to help expand our reach by winning new business, growing key accounts, and delivering value-driven solutions across healthcare markets.

In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of large national accounts and high-potential customers while actively closing new business. This position is ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels at selling programs, building enterprise-level relationships, and translating customer needs into long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive revenue growth by closing new accounts and expanding existing national and high-potential customer relationships
• Manage a portfolio of large accounts while developing multi-level relationships, including executive stakeholders
• Execute a disciplined territory and account strategy to achieve annual sales targets
• Leverage a mix of virtual and in-person selling to position PBE as a premium partner
• Partner closely with Marketing, Clinical, Distribution, and Customer Service teams to deliver value-based solutions
• Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline, forecast sales, and track customer activity
• Identify customer growth opportunities and provide strategic guidance to improve business and clinical outcomes
• Serve as a voice of the customer by sharing insights that inform product and program development
• Represent PBE at customer meetings, presentations, and industry events
• Travel nationally up to 70% to support customer relationships and business growth

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant sales experience
• 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience, including multi-level selling to senior decision-makers
• Experience selling into long-term care or related healthcare environments preferred
• Proven success closing new business and growing accounts through strategic relationship management
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM and digital sales tools
• A collaborative, proactive mindset aligned with PBE’s mission of improving lives

At PBE, you’ll find a family-run, values-driven organization that emphasizes teamwork, innovation, and meaningful impact.

We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. PBE is unable to sponsor employment visas at this time.
