Job Description
- Build brand awareness in areas built or soon-to-be-built with Conxxus fiber internet
- Support relationship building by attending local events, organizational meetings, sporting functions, festivals, etc.
- Assist in integration into key chambers of commerce to ensure Conxxus is part of the community alongside Community Development Coordinator
- Support local sales teams by generating customer leads (residential, MDU, and business)
- Assisting with and attending Conxxus community-based events – ground breakings and sign-up events coordinated by the Community Development Coordinator.
- Develop and leverage existing referral programs to generate organic growth
- Researching territories and attending multiple events a week including evenings and some weekends as needed.
- Ambassador must wear Conxxus branded gear approved by HR, must be well groomed and adhere to department dress code policies, well-spoken, polished and professional.
- Ambassador will report to the Community Ambassador Program Lead and Manager and will work with other Community Development team members on items needed to support the territory events and sales.
- Holding regular Sign-Up Opportunities within targeted markets
- Associates degree preferred but may accept relevant experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aptitude for negotiation, persuasion and business acumen
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations
- Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within critical deadlines.
- Ability to adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules.
